Our five-star accommodation facility is located in the Raleigh/Durham area and specializes in individualized boarding and grooming. We have sized accommodations for up to 70 dogs and 20 cats, and a separate facility for birds, guinea pigs and other exotic pets. ABOUT OUR FACILITY
You will find accommodations to be first class in our facility. We offer two sized runs from which you may choose for your boarding needs. The smaller run is 3x10 and has room to board two small dogs under 15lbs. For the more active or larger dog, we offer the 4x12 run and can accomodate 2 large dogs. We also have 6 luxury suites located in the front of our inn that have a window, toddler bed, and calming music streamed into the suite. The entire kennel is large and open complete with high ceiling fans for air movement. The inside temperature is held at a comfortable 70-72 degrees year round. Soothing music is played throughout the facility, providing a calming atmosphere for all our pets. Cats board in a separate area of the facility, where they cannot hear or smell the dogs. Our feline suites include the option of either a condo or stainless steel kennel. The condos give your finicky cat plenty of room to move about with a nice window view of the outside bird and squirrel life. The stainless steel kennels are a little smaller, but provide safe adequate housing for your feline friend. A luxury suite is also available (complete with cat condo tree, window view, cat toys and comfy bedding) for your cat who is accustomed to the finest accommodations. We provide playroom time daily to all our feline boarders to allow time to stretch, climb and play with toys. POLICIES
It is very important for the health of your dog or cat that they are current on all vaccinations: DHLP-P, Rabies, and Bordatella for dogs; FVRCP and Rabies for cats. If your pet has never had a bordatella vaccine we require that to be given 2 weeks prior to their stay or groom with us. If your pet has had the Bordatella vaccine and it has been more than one month past due on it we require it to be updated 48 hours prior to you stay or groom with us. If your pet is to be groomed and is not current on vaccinations, we will need to reschedule the groom or bath once the animal is current. We want to ensure that your pet’s stay at Creature Comforts Inn is as comfortable and pleasant as possible. We encourage you to come by anytime to take a tour.
