I have been asked a lot over the last few years, how I get my rabbits to pose up; I finally made a little video on it. The first thing I want to say, this is not the only way to pose, my way might not work for some, there are so many different ways to posing Hollands, and there really is no "fool proof" way, because every rabbit is completely different.

I decided to use Lee's Lavish Lops Bumblebee for this video, because she poses up beautifully but never on the first try; I tend to have to work with her for a bit before I get good photos. Not every rabbit is going to pose perfectly on the first try, sometimes it just takes patience and continued work at it.

This video is a little longer to show the start of posing her, and how long it takes to get her sitting up the way I prefer her to sit. There's a few different times throughout this video where she gives a really good pose, and then towards the end you will see her relax and sit up how I tend to like her posed!

This is not the only way that I pose, this is just the way that I found works better for Bumblebee; I have some rabbits that prefer to be lifted under the chin to pose rather than over the ears. I do plan on making more videos like these, to show how different my posing techniques can be, depending on each individual rabbit.

Finally!! A healthy litter of 5 showline HLโs that all appear to be doing great! The showlines have been so hard to get live babies from, so Iโm very excited to see how these develope!
