Peanut butter can be a great treat for dogs, spread on a lick mat or for frosting on a cake, along with many more options. But it's only safe when it is free from xylitol and is low in added sugar, salt, and oils.
A natural, plain peanut butter with just peanuts is best.

Today, we appreciate the little creatures that sometimes can be a pest when you ask a dog. Especially for dogs who are reactive (positively or negatively) toward small critters like squirrels.

Today is National Dress Up Your Pet Day!
Dressing up your pet can be a fun thing to do, but it can also become a necessary thing to do. Getting them used to items going on their body is a great way to prepare them if they need a less fashionable dress up. Such as wearing a cone, a thunder wrap, boots to protect their paw pads from pavement or unseen threats and debris, a cooling shirt for those extra hot days, or even a sweater for those extra cold days.
Here at Pet Care Utopia, we are more than happy to put on protective or comfortable clothing and equipment for your pet when we are handling a pet sitting visit or taking the pet on a walk.
