Ever wondered?
Recovery Time After Cat Neuter/Spay
Male cats usually recover faster after neutering, while female cats need more time because spaying involves abdominal surgery. Keep the wound clean and dry, prevent licking or jumping, and contact a vet immediately if swelling, bleeding, or pus appears.
Share this with a cat parent who needs it.

For my birthday this year, I'm asking for donations to Sequatchie Valley Low Cost Spay & Neuter. I've chosen this nonprofit because its mission means a lot to me, and I hope you'll consider contributing as a way to celebrate with me. Every little bit will help me reach my goal. I've included information about Sequatchie Valley Low Cost Spay & Neuter below.

This facility is a non-profit organization inspired to help the residents and animals in our area with a low-cost solution to spaying and neutering. It is dedicated to ending unwanted litters of dogs and cats thereby eliminating the need to euthanize homeless animals.
The clinic opened six years ago and we have performed over 21,000 surgeries. Your donation helps us keep our costs down and offer an alternative for a low-cost spay and neuter.
To donate go to our web page.

Truth!!!

We've all probably seen this happen in our neighborhood! If you feed 'em, fix 'em. And consider helping your friend or neighborhood make spay/neuter happen so they stop asking you to take a kitten!

As we close out 2025 for our clinic hours, we wanted to share our surgery numbers with you. We performed 4,364 surgeries this year, bringing our total in our first 5 years to 21,569 total surgeries.
We absolutely could not do this without the help and support of our surrounding communities.

With all that said, our office will be closed until January 5th while we have some deep cleaning done, and to allow our staff to rest and enjoy the Christmas and New Years holiday with their families.
