Our beautiful litter of Mini Bernedoodles, born on April 10th, is growing quickly and developing wonderful little personalities. At six weeks old, these puppies are thriving here in Ohio despite the rainy spring weather. Yard time has gotten a bit muddy, but that hasn’t slowed them down one bit! They've become more adventurous, especially now that they have more space to play and explore. The puppies are enjoying music, learning new household sounds like mowers, doorbells, and cars, and are already well on their way to becoming well-socialized family companions.
These puppies will be 8-weeks-old by June 10th. Each one has been raised with love in our home and has received daily attention, early socialization, and exposure to a variety of environments and experiences. Below is a closer look at each pup’s personality:
Lola is our smallest puppy, a sweet tricolor girl who looks just like her mama, Violet. She has a large Swiss kiss on her neck and head, and a playful, affectionate personality. Lola loves to hop around, sneak-attack her siblings, then run away in excitement. She’s a family favorite and loves snuggling right under your chin. We estimate her adult weight will be around 45-50 pounds.
Tillie is our lively phantom girl who is full of energy and joy. She adores wrestling and playing with her siblings, and she’s always ready for her next adventure. Confident and curious, Tillie is a solid girl currently weighing about 6.5 pounds and is expected to reach 50-55 pounds as an adult.
Dodger, a sweet tricolor male, has a gentle, soulful demeanor and a playful side. He loves being talked to and will tilt his head as if he understands every word. Dodger has recently found his voice and isn’t afraid to use it to get your attention. With large paws and a big heart, he’s expected to be around 60-65 pounds fully grown.
Kinsley is our gorgeous tricolor merle female with striking blue eyes and a calm, affectionate personality. She’s one of our bigger girls and has a quiet presence that draws people in. Kinsley loves to be loved on and will be a loyal companion, likely weighing 55-60 pounds as an adult.
Frankie is another beautiful tricolor girl, marked much like a Bernese Mountain Dog, complete with adorable white-socked feet and a white chest. She’s sweet, a bit reserved, and prefers to sit back and observe the fun before joining in. Frankie is estimated to be about 50 pounds when fully grown.
Fenway is our largest puppy and a bold, handsome tricolor merle male. He’s full of energy, loves to play and snuggle, and isn’t shy about asking for attention. His unique facial markings will only grow more striking over time, and he’s expected to reach 65 pounds.
Harper is a stunning phantom merle female with a patient and polite demeanor. While her siblings rush for attention, Harper waits her turn—except when it comes to food! She has a gorgeous black leg that sets her apart and is expected to weigh around 55 pounds.
Rowan is another beautiful phantom merle female with a calm and loving nature. Her coat has a bit more black marbling than her sister Harper’s, and she’s equally affectionate and easygoing. Rowan loves a good cuddle but won’t turn down playtime with her siblings. She should mature to about 50-55 pounds.
These puppies are expected to range from 45–65 pounds at adulthood. While females typically stay between 45–55 pounds, our males will likely be closer to 55–65 pounds, though final size can never be guaranteed. The puppies’ mother is Violet, our AKC Bernese Mountain Dog who weighs 120 pounds and is the picture of gentle, loving motherhood. The sire is Rocko, a 16-pound CKC-registered blue merle miniature poodle who is OFA certified and known for his sweet temperament and intelligence.
Our puppies are raised with love and attention and will come to their new homes with age-appropriate vaccinations and vet checks. They’ll be ready to join your family starting June 10th.
