We are coming out of retirement ya’ll! Alan has had people in need reaching out to him. He loves the work and finds it relaxing to be under a horse.

In truth I know he missed the work.

This time of the year lots of ponies and donkeys founder…being on all this green grass. Does not hurt to pen them up and dry lot them.

Follow up on the horse that is foundered (has laminitis).
I did some clean up work on his feet. Found the sweet spot and now he's getting around great!
I told the owner he needs to check with a veterinarian. Get the horse on some medication, a proper diet, vitamins and mineral supplements.

Don't wait until your equine gets to where they cannot walk before you call a farrier or the veterinarian.

Trim work.I don't believe in cutting or rasping anymore than needed. If it doesn't need to come out I don't do it.
