We hope you are all doing well with the weather and that power is restored soon! As of right now, it's suspected a tornado came through our area and there are many trees down in our area. Operations are running as usual for now. If there are any changes we'll let you know. The fire department visit was a perfect puppy socialization opportunity and the dogs are eager to help clear the tree branches. Hope to see you soon!

🐾 CleverDogs is hosting an Official NACSW™ Odor Recognition Test (ORT)! 🐾

We're excited to host our first official NACSW™ Odor Recognition Test (ORT) and hope this will be the first of many NACSW™ events hosted by CleverDogs!

Thinking about competing in an NACSW™ Nose Work Trial? Your first step is passing an Odor Recognition Test (ORT). During the test, your dog will search 12 identical boxes, with one containing the target odor (Birch, Anise, or Clove). The search is blind, meaning you won't know which box contains the odor—you'll need to recognize and call your dog's alert when they find it.

To enter an ORT, you must:
✔️ Be an NACSW™ member
✔️ Have your dog registered with the NACSW™

Our Puppy Day Training program is perfect for busy families who want to give their puppy a productive day while they run errands or head to work. Your puppy receives one-on-one training, enrichment, and plenty of opportunities to practice real-life skills in a safe environment.

One of the things that makes our program unique is that we intentionally use a variety of distractions to help puppies learn to focus and make good choices—skills they'll need long after they leave the training building.
