Shallow Creek Performance Horses Home of 2013 PHBA Amateur Reining World Champion DP Miss Rufanicci and 4x GFSC Champion Butterscotch. We offer lessons in English or Western.

Established in 2006, Shallow Creek Performance Horses has been raising and training Quarter Horses and Paints to excel in Reining, Western Pleasure, English Pleasure, Jumping, Showmanship, and Halter. We are aimed more now to Reining and Ranch Horse type events. Located in Dublin, Georgia right off of I16, We have three very well kept pastures with an automatic waterer in each pasture, a 4 stall b

arn with automatic waterers in every stall, and an outside working arena. With two instructors, we want you to feel welcome and to teach you to the best of our ability. Our newest instructor strictly teaches jumping, The other teaching In-Hand and Pleasure events. Back to work for me and the girls. Let’s see if we can remember what we are doing 😅
I am hoping to be able to ride at the next horse show. 🩷 We are starting out slow because with them being older (17 this year) and me having a lot of issues with chronic pain I don’t want to overdo it for either of us. My goal is one riding class at the next open show! I would love to qualify for state in at least one class but we will see!

Olivia and Butterscotch and Nicki done a great job!
Butterscotch and Olivia were first in pony halter and 5th in Showmanship.
Nicki and Olivia were 3rd in Youth Halter Mares!
After the showmanship the kids got to show in a costume class! Olivia and Nicki were Rapunzel and Max. Josiah and Buttersc were CatBoy and the cat car!

I prayed the whole time I braided these tags into our girls’ manes. Prayers of protection over not only our animals, but our families, friends, and friends’ animals too. These are just as much my babies as my babies I birthed. Pray for all of us ahead of Hurricane Helene. Nicki loved the extra kisses today 🤍
