🍀 Three Years of Southbank Cafe: A Heartfelt Thank You!
It feels like just yesterday when we first opened the doors of Southbank. As I reflect on the journey, I'm reminded that the building that now houses Southbank once stood as a landmark in Dublin's rare aul times. Coincidentally, my uncle Liam used to work here when it was known as O'Looney's pub.
From the moment we opened, our mission was clear: to do simple things well, make
things tasty and be nice to people - making Southbank the place where friends, families, and strangers could come together.
I am profoundly grateful to every single person who has played a part in our journey. To our dedicated staff, whose passion and hard work infuse every dish with love and every interaction with warmth.
Thank you for being the heartbeat of Southbank. And to the community of Dublin, whose vibrant spirit and unwavering support have been the foundation of our success.
Thank you for welcoming us with open arms and making Southbank a beloved fixture in the neighbourhood.
