Dear Wag’n Wheels Family,

We want to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for trusting us with the care and grooming of your beloved pets. It’s been an absolute pleasure to serve you and be a part of you and your pet’s life.

Due to changes in our business operations and a need to create a more sustainable schedule, we are making the difficult decision to reduce the number of clients we serve. As a result, we will no longer be able to offer grooming appointments to some of our current clients meaning that several of you will be getting messages in the next few days regarding the change of service. I know we’ve said this before, but we were able to find a way to make it work without cutting clients. Unfortunately that is not the case this time.

Please know this decision was not made lightly and we hope no one takes the termination of services personally. It is simply a step we must take to ensure we can continue providing the highest quality care to the dogs we serve while also being able to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Your support has meant the world to us, and we are truly grateful. If you need help finding a new groomer, we’re happy to provide recommendations.

Dear Wag’n Wheels Family,

We would first like to start off by saying that we NEVER thought we would grow as big as we have. The last year has been such a journey and we are grateful beyond belief for all of our clients and the relationships we’ve built with each of you…which makes this even harder.

Cieras family has been offered a HUGE opportunity that was just too good to pass up and with that opportunity comes a shift in hours which means the after school arrangements she had no longer work.

That being said, effective immediately, we will be cutting our schedule in half. You have no idea how incredibly hard this decision has been, but ultimately she needs to do what is best for her family. Please know that if we reach out to you to discontinue services that it is not personal. If we could keep all of you and still make things work we would, but unfortunately right now that’s just not the case.

I know this is upsetting and it will be hard to find new arrangements for your fur babies, but we sincerely hope that you all understand…

‼️PLEASE READ‼️

Unfortunately the pipes in our grooming trailer have not only frozen over, but have also busted among the MANY other things that have gone wrong this morning with the flash freeze. 😭

So the trailer is being dropped off to a shop right now as I’m writing this to be worked on.

As many of you already know, there is also an impending snow storm set to show its face on Thursday. All of these conditions are making our schedule fall apart. We are working diligently to come up with solutions to try to find a way to keep everyone happy while also keeping safety a top priority!

I am so sorry for any and all inconveniences this will pose for many of you. I just hope that you all understand and can bear with us as we navigate this weather.

Please don’t be upset if our assistant reaches out to you with options. I appreciate you all more than you know and I promise, I am doing everything in my power to maintain as much of the schedule as I can!

Christmas Eve Eve and I don’t have a single thing wrapped so congratulations to all you over achievers with the stocked trees 😅

Anywho, this year we are taking a bit of time off to spend with our families and listed below are the dates we have chosen to be out. ‼️JUST A FRIENDLY REMINDER‼️

Good morning to all our doggo lovers! 🐕‍🦺🐩🦮

We have gained quite a bit of new clientele in the last couple of weeks so I just wanted to put out a few friendly reminders 🤍

1️⃣ Rescheduling should be done as soon as possible, but preferably at the end of your current groom. We’re not saying we can’t get you in if you don’t (because we get it, life happens) BUT scheduling ahead is the BEST way to ensure your fur baby stays in the best possible condition and that you don’t fall off the books.

2️⃣ When you are scheduled we will give you a “tentative time” meaning that’s the time we are shooting for, but it will likely not be exact. We all have bad days, including our dogs, so things don’t always go according to plan. Please give us grace if we fall behind. We will try to keep you as updated as possible.

3️⃣ PLEASE try to refrain from texting/calling Ciera’s personal phone. The best place to send a message is going to be here on our business messenger. This way I can effectively and efficiently keep track of scheduling and stay on top of messages so no one gets overlooked. I know not everyone uses Facebook, but this is for those who do.

4️⃣ And lastly you can expect to get a messages from me, it will be an 850 number, on Sunday if you have an appointment that week. I will do all confirmations on Sunday afternoon/evening and if you need to reschedule you can let me know then.

Hi. Hello. Aloha. 👋🏼

My name is Sierra, (not to be confused with Ciera the owner 😅) and I am the freshly hired assistant! You won’t see me, but you will definitely be talking to me. While I know a bit of you, there are still a lot of clients here that I am unfamiliar with so please give me grace as I get to know you, your fur babies and our schedule 🤍

That being said, I will be sending out messages today asking for addresses, phone numbers, dog breeds and names in an effort to enhance record keeping and user management. I just wanted to give everyone a heads up here first so you weren’t afraid and thinking the page had been compromised and some weirdo was asking for your information. 🙃

Goodmorning, yall!

First I’d like to start by saying thank you to everyone who has supported me in this new adventure! Without you all none of this would be possible!

Second I’d like to extend my sincerest apologies to anyone who has felt ignored or looked over. I never expected to take off the way I have and while I am eternally grateful, I have also become overwhelmed which has caused me to miss messages and fall behind.

That being said I have finally hired an assistant! 🥳🥳

Together, Sierra and I (yes, we have the same name😅) are working tirelessly to get messages under control and to sort out my current bookings.

As of right now we are fully booked and not accepting new clients, however we do have a waitlist that we will reach out to if someone cancels.

If you need to schedule an appointment or would like to be added to the waitlist we are asking that you please message us directly on FaceBook and not on my cell phone. That is the only way for us to properly ensure no message goes unanswered.

So bear with us, please! We have LOTS of great changes coming your way to ensure the best experience possible for you, your fur baby and your groomer!
