Hello everyone! My name is Emma Fehlen and I have been passionate about horses for the past 16 years of my life.
Now at 20 years old, I am excited to announce that I am offering riding lessons to anyone ages 5+ interested as I hope to make these amazing animals a part of my future!
I have experience in various disciplines including horsemanship, western pleasure, the English discipline, showmanship, and barrel racing. I also have experience in training young horses as I was given the opportunity to train two filly’s while in high school. I base my training on foundation horsemanship, which is a lot of the time overlooked while riding, but in my mind is the key to success in any discipline. I also believe that building a strong connection between horse and rider is crucial for success in any discipline.
I have one lesson horse available named
Dell, who is a sweet 12-year-old Quarter Horse. She is a gentle giant. This is one of my personal horses that I showed for multiple years. Lessons with Dell are $50, while lessons with your own horse are $45. I will offer haul ins to my facility and am also willing to commute to you. If commuting, the price of the lesson will vary depending on mileage.
