A lot has been happening here at Bodhi Tree. Our normal het axanthic incubated for the first time. Her babies are working their way out. The eggs looked terrible, so getting healthy babies is a huge relief. Our cinnamon het pied is still sitting on beautiful pearly white eggs and should hatch any day now. Then our ivory shocked us when she laid a clutch this week😁. We had given up on getting eggs from her because she took so long. She's our most stubborn snake, so this behavior should've been expected.😂

We have two moms sitting on clutches here at Bodhi tree. We're getting super excited to see those babies appear in the coming weeks. My favorite snake in our brood, Nini the cinnamon, is doing an excellent job of keeping her eggs wat temp and perfect humidity. This is her first clutch ever, so we are very proud of her. Our normal is a proven breeder, but is also doing quite well for her first attempt at maternal incubation. We had hoped to see more clutches this year, but snake moms don't always share their plans with us.🤣
