Dear Valued Clients,

** THIS WILL TAKE AFFECT IMMEDIATELY!

To ensure that everyone is aware of and agrees to the policies in place at my shop, I am now requiring all clients—both new and existing—to complete a Grooming Release Form.

You’ll also notice an important new policy:
I am now requiring a non-refundable booking fee at the time of scheduling appointments.

This decision comes after experiencing an increasing number of no-shows and last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice), which makes it very difficult to offer those spots to other clients on my waiting list.

Please know this change was not made lightly—it was a tough but necessary step to protect the time, energy, and sustainability of my business.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart to those who continue to understand and support this small business. I truly appreciate and love you all!
