Just look at Elbie, completely content snoozing in his foster's lap like he has always belonged there. He's the perfect mix of playful, cuddly, and full of personality.

Elbie loves people, gets along with other dogs, and is happiest when he's close to his humans. He does best with structure and leadership because, if given the chance, this little guy will absolutely take the whole hand if you give him a finger. 😂

He would thrive in a home with older, respectful kids and someone looking for a loyal companion with a big personality packed into a 14-pound body.

How has no one scooped up this adorable little man yet? His forever family has to be out there somewhere.

Encourage Hydration with these easy tips:

💧Fresh Bowls: Change your pet’s water at least once a day and wash their bowls regularly to prevent bacteria

💧Water Fountains: Cats and some dogs are naturally enticed to drink moving water

💧Hydration of the go: Always pack portable water bottles and travel bowls when going on walks or trips to the park

💧Wet food: Incorporating wet or moisture-rich food into their daily diet can increase their fluid intake
