We’re looking for a dependable adult barn helper to keep daily operations running smoothly every Sunday. This is a hands-on, all-day position for someone who isn’t afraid of hard work and enjoys being around horses.
Responsibilities include:
• Feeding horses
• Mucking stalls
• Cleaning and refilling water buckets/troughs
• Turn-in and turn-out
• General barn cleaning and upkeep
• Keeping the barn organized, safe, and tidy
Schedule:
9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Includes a 1-hour lunch break
Ideal candidate is reliable, hardworking, attentive to detail, and comfortable working independently in all weather conditions. Horse experience preferred. Pay is $100 per day

Bluff City Acres is a quiet retreat away from the hustle and bustle of the horse world. What we offer here is a step above. We pick our pastures daily, not drag. We groom the horses daily, we bathe them for you. Staff are on property from 8.30am until 5.30pm. Horses get all the hay they can eat, plus very large manicured lush pastures. Water kept immaculately clean and if your horse needs extra care its all in with the price. No extras for fly spray, blanketing, grooming, bathing, standing for vet or farrier. We are also a gorgeous equestrian centre with an olympic size dressage arena, jump arena, jump field and a cross country course. We feed the best food (Seminole feeds) and use high quality h**p bedding. This is primarily an adult facility, catering to professionals and adult amateurs. Currently building air conditioned bathroom, shower area, open office area. We have 3 spots remaining as we will be keeping our numbers low so that we can offer the best care for your horse. Long day power washing the stalls and mending the fences. Its been a lot of clean up and fixing ready for next Saturdays open house. So excited to be ready to welcome some new pampered boarders. This barn will have elite care and our onsite Elite trainer in dressage and jumpers Tay Harriet.

Life goes on here at Bluff city, taking care of our 4 current residents before we open our gates! Regular baths, daily grooming and lots of love here. Looking forward to opening our gates and our hearts to new residents soon! We will look forward to meeting you on opening day for snacks, drinks and horse talk!

Working on our beautiful pastures. Getting them ready for opening day! The grass is coming through beautifully, and were picking up the sticks and blowing out the leaves. Were also re staining the barn at present, but much more to do. Fixing and painting the fencing is next. Will post photos and updates as we get closer to March 28!!
