This guy is about a year old now! If you don’t have experience with large to ex large breed dogs and vet reference I’ve requested, and an understanding of the needs of a mastiff mix breed! He is very strong, he has been allowed to do whatever he wanted until he was 9 months old do to past owner not being able to handle him. He needs exercise and he loves to learn very food driven eager to learn. He needs a strong confident but calm pack leader type owner. with the right person he can be amazing. He’s done great with me, he is extremely smart., im gonna requires that you sign a contract and I will require proof of a prepaid vet appointment for him to be fixed neutered asap do to being easily over stimulated and no previous correction he will try to hunch. So before he can go home with the right person to his new home to help cut on his urges! Hes a great cuddle Buddy, he love to do everything with me. I don’t have any issues with him trying to hump me at all cause from day one I’ve shown him consistency, rules and boundaries also continued training that I’ve been working with him on since I’ve took him in. but still tries with other people that don’t correct him before he even tries to mount the correction must be before he gets to the fixated on it, when he starts to get to excited and wants to kinda sneak around behind u if your sitting down or starts rubbing back and forth with his body on your leg. Correct him before that point you won’t have an issue. I would recommend until he’s fixed and has some more training he would be best with adults or older kids. Not cause he would do anything to purposely hurt them just do to the hu***ng and his strength and just size he could easily try to lean into them for attention and not realizing his not a tiny little chi sized lap dog. That he’s convinced he is! He has not learned how to properly great other dogs can be a bit over barring almost pushy and runs up on them to fast if off leash when introduced he has never hurt an animals but has bad habit of chasing smaller animals like cats small dogs have actually bit him in face when he ran up on them and he looked like he couldn’t understand why they did it didn’t try to do anything back just stood over them confused why. Until he respects u best to use prong training collar. Or you will not get his attention he will pull like crazy after he sees he can’t act like that he only needs a slip lead at the proper place like they place on a show dogs neck right behind the head at the top of the neck! Will require a rehoming fee! To help with cost for other fosters I’m working with currently! If u don’t have experience with mastiff type dogs and vet ref don’t waist either yours or my time! Like I said he needs someone with experience and knowledge on his breed and he’s still a pup a big pup but a pup none the less! And can be great if u implement structure and boundaries with him! THIS FRIDAY, 9/29, GLO BINGO!!
It's gonna be a little loud. We're gonna get a little crazy. Tunes will be spinning all night long with dancing, sing alongs, 10 games of bingo under black lights, silent auction items, food, drinks, friends, & FUN!!
Doors open @ 6. Games start @ 7.
