Here is another video of a full session. Including the bad. When I first started tonight, Willow caught a glance at the mysterious horse eating goat through the window, and she really couldn’t understand why other horses were out there with it. Then our session was cut short due to the tornado warnings that came up!

Willow is also learning to yield her hind quarters with leg pressure. Just started that during today’s session, but she is picking up on it.

Here Willow is learning how to keep her head lower when stopping. She still has tendencies to raise her head up high when asking for a stop. So a lot of time has went into collecting and lowering. For a week with me she is doing great.

Took Captain out for his second trail ride. He is doing well, this one was without other horses, making sure he will do it on his own. Kari and Max got a walk in as well.

Two weeks with Captain and he went on his first trail ride with Kari Shearer, Chewy , and I. He took to it well, still needs some more confidence with the bridges and the water, but he will get there. s

One week down with Captain, first day with a bit in his mouth and first day with me getting in the saddle. Yes, he still needs more time with the bit to figure it out, but i had no concerns about getting on him, even with Max (our Rottie) not wanting to stay out of the way. Captain did great.
