Hello everyone! We are headed into fall and towards the end of the year with the holidays approaching quickly. Many of you know we are booked up, and I mean, we are packed! Everyone has their schedule to the end of the year, and I will not be accepting anymore than what we already have. I have been doing fewer big dogs because of time, and I physically am unable to do them. Please understand that we can not move appointments around because it is booked solid and creates too much work in one day. I'm not able to create time!! Also there will be a price increase at the first of next year for some. One day at a time for now.

SPRING 2025 DOG TRAINING CLASSES
The Dodge City Kennel Club is offering the following dog training classes. Classes are taught at the old school building at the west end of Ensign, KS

Beginners Dog Obedience – This class consists of training methods for a well-mannered family dog and an introduction to dog obedience. Cost for the class is $90.00, which includes a treat pouch, book and clicker. Class time is:
Tuesdays from 7:00 PM – 8:00 PM starting April 8th for 6 weeks. Glenna Walker CPDT-KA will teach the class.
Class size is limited and pre-enrollment is required. To enroll, contact Glenna Walker by email at [email protected] or send a text message or voice mail to 620-255-5992 and your call will be returned.
Intermediate Dog Agility– This class is for dogs and handlers who are already familiar with the agility obstacles and are ready to begin working off leash and running actual courses. Cost for the class is $90.00. Class time is Thursdays from 7:00 – 8:00 PM starting March 27th for six weeks. Stephanie Clinesmith will teach the class.

Advanced Dog Agility - This class is for dogs which are already competing in agility and can work totally off leash. Class will focus on handling techniques to improve speed and fluidity on course. Class times are Wednesdays from 6:00 – 7:00 PM starting March 26th for six weeks. The class will be taught by June McFadden. Cost of the class is $90.00. Dogs will be working off-leash in this class so you must provide a crate for your dog to be confined when other teams are working.
