Due to winter weather, we are uncertain about our Monday morning operating hours. Dodge county plows will be removed from roadways until 5 AM Monday morning. We will strive to open the clinic at the earliest opportunity. If you have an appointment scheduled for tomorrow and wish to cancel or reschedule, we will attempt to keep up with Vello and email correspondence. Our phones will remain diverted until we reopen. We regret any inconvenience this may cause and hope you stay safe.

Happy new years to all of our wonderful clients and pets! We hope you all have a safe new years eve. Here is the updated hoilday hours for the Allied emergency veterinary service locations. We will reopen normal hours Friday January 2nd at 8 AM. We look forward to seeing you in the new year!

Good morning to all of our amazing clients and patients!

We are sending out a message today to let you know that we have recently implemented a new program called Vello for our clinic. As we try to move away from postcard reminders, this program allows us to send out text and email reminders for when your pet is coming up due for vaccines. It also allows for a variety of other things such as appointment requests, prescription requests and text messaging capabilities. Our new number for texting is 507-418-8938. There is also a free app called Vello that is available to our clients which allows for access your pets vaccine records in addition to other things. However, the app is optional and you do not need to download the app if you do not wish to. You will still receive text or email reminders when you pet is coming up due. The reminders will go to the primary phone number and email we have on your account currently so please reach out if you need to update information.
