We would like to take a moment and remind clients of our no-show policy as we have had multiple occurrences this week.
As we are booking out further than normal, it is even more important to contact us immediately if you are unable to come to your appointment. We have a long wait list of clients that would happily take the appointment you cannot make. So, when you no show your appointment, you are taking the opportunity away from another client who would have liked that time slot, as now there is not enough time to call someone in off the list. Which then causes your groomer to lose money as groomers work for commission. We get emergencies happen and we will always try to be accommodating. We send reminder texts out, and call shortly after the appt time has passed to try to give you a last chance to make it in before it's too late.
No shows result in 50% of the scheduled service fee charged to the card on file. This is explained in our policy clients sign before their appointments.
If you know you cannot make an appointment, please contact us ASAP and we will happily reschedule you to a more convenient time slot.
