Meet 4 month old sibling Red Heelers, Hana and Koa. These two are so cute and precious and we loved meeting them today. We were called to help with some resource guarding, recall, puppy basics, and helping with creating the best bond between them and their owners. These two are like sponges wanting and loving to work and learn. Stay tuned for more of their journey with us.

Such a great day with old and new clients today! Rina is all set to go and met new client Lola today for anxiety based aggression around new people and family. Lola we don't know her past for she lived a long time in the shelter, but as we have always said everyday is a new day! Ended evaluation day with Lola being able to sit in the floor with her and offer calm affection towards her and opening up to investigate new people in the home. Going to be a long road, but in the end a much happier dog and family.

Second session with 10-year-old Lab Rina with Ollie. Today we are tackling some of the hardest things for dogs with reactivity. Everyone involved did such a great job during the session, and in between sessions using our SEC method for success.

Forcing dogs to do things when they don't know you from Adam, definitely create rebellion. That's why we build relationships by Trust,Respect,Love. We can't expect respect without trust and calm, proper love to follow. We focus on building and restoring relationships, and them respecting because they want to, not just because they feel like there is no other choice but to do so. Happy 4th from us at C&R! Be careful this year and remember your pups. If choose to have them participate; exercise and put cotton balls in their ears. Their hearing is 4 times more sensitive than ours. God Bless!

Got to meet a new client 10 year old Labrador Retriever Rina today for reactivity and teaching her on the porch, on leash, and in the home the art of calmness. For long time followers bringing back, "The Cinnamon Roll" with her and Ollie in 2 weeks.

Baby Cairn Terrier, Gabby's evaluation day with Rusty. We got called for puppy sessions with Gabby and the most common reaction we get is, "wow! They are picking it up so fast", or, "wow how do you get them to behave like that so quickly?" The SEC of dog training.
