Our core training approach emphasizes engagement, where the dog is an active, willing participant in learning. At Joyful Dog Training your training experience is customized to you and your dog. After completion of training you will be equipped with the confidence & knowledge to work with your dog, no matter where life takes you. We use science-backed training methods to teach a dog new skills. We

use food, toys, praise, and movement to keep your dog excited to learn during training sessions. Starting with the belief that your dog has the potential to learn and change is crucial to your dog’s training. When both you and your dog are able to work together with confidence, you’ll be able to conquer any scenario or circumstance that comes up. Your dog training program will be custom designed to fit your dog, your lifestyle, and your training goals.

Do you love dogs and enjoy working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment? Joyful Dog Training is looking for a Part-Time Kennel Tech to join our team!

📅 Schedule:

Wednesdays & Fridays: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Saturdays & Sundays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

📍 Location: 2930 Hwy 46 South, Dickson, TN 37055

🐶 Requirements:

Must be comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and breeds

Dependable, hard-working, and compassionate

Able to communicate clearly and professionally

Able to work independently and as part of a team

✨ Responsibilities include:

Feeding and caring for dogs

Cleaning kennels and play areas

Monitoring dog behavior and ensuring their safety and comfort (Inside and Outside)

Following daily care routines and handling protocols
