Our heat at the salon is not working. We walked in to it being 50 degrees inside today. Too cold for your pups and too cold for staff. All of today's appointments have been notified, but wanted to post for anyone considering coming in for nail trims. We hope it's an easy fix that will be taken care of today, and we'll be back to business as usual tomorrow.

Stinky or dirty pup after all this bad weather and melt off? Bring them in for a refreshing bath and get that baby smelling great again! Winter weather can cause dry skin and feet. Great tips shared by our Mobile Friend! We know it can be frustrating when your work hard to brush your pup and you still hear the dreaded news that they are matted. Wetness can definitely contribute to tight mating if basic maintenance brushing hasn't been done.

With all the water out side and delayed appointments due to weather, this is a good reminder for brushing techniques! This could make the difference in your pup staying fluffy or getting a super short cut!

4 hours and a lot of elbow grease, we have a walkway! And we WILL be open tomorrow. The side of the road where folks usually park has a lot of snow and ice still from where it was plowed.And the lot across the street is still a bit slippery.So please use caution. But our sidewalk entry and walkway will be safe! If you're concerned about safety,, please let us know.And we'll be happy to reschedule you.

In spite of best efforts (and a few creative idea), the walkway and sidewalk remain solid ice. Also, due to the plowing of the road, we have several feet of solid built up snow and ice that is very slippery and difficult to walk on or over. Also, the parking across the street is not cleared, and it remains hazardous and icy. So with a combination of multiple slip hazards, and no safe parking, we must remain closed again tomorrow, Monday 2/2. We are hoping the combination of warmer temps tomorrow, and with a little elbow grease, will allow us to safely reopen Tueday.

My scheduling assistant is slacking on his duties, but we are in the job! Still working hard to get back with everyone. Please continue to be patient and flexible as we are navigating over a hundred messages and requests right now!

Tomorrow begins the huge task of trying to get everyone rescheduled. We have 89 appts that we need to find spots for, we will have all hands on deck and will be doing our best to get everyone in ASAP. So keep and eye out for messages from us tomorrow!

Our staff remains iced in, and we don't anticipate it becoming safe in the next day or two. We've also heard from the majority of clients and we all seem to be in the same situation. So as always, out of an abundance of caution and care we will be closed and hopefully reopen Monday.

We will be reaching out to everyone in the coming days about rescheduling. Please be patient as we have a full week's worth of appointments that need to be moved. And of course, we hope that you are all safe and warm in giving those puppies extra love this week!
