Our chicks are now 6 weeks old and we will be selling most of the chicks.

We have 11 chicks, fully feathered, handled daily, home-grown, hand-raised, fed the best starter-grower feed since day one.

Straight from our wonderful, productive laying flock.

These babies ARE beautiful and so unique! They will be white and brown egg layers.

Brrrrr! Blankets?
Horses were made to withstand the winter and harsh outdoor conditions, even domesticated. BUT this is only for *healthy* horses with 24-hour free access to hay, water and some form of shelter.
If you do not have a shelter, or even a waterproof outdoor blanket, then PLEASE provide warm mashes of alfalfa pellets, soaked hay and grain etc.
If your horse didn't develop a good winter coat then please try finding a used waterproof winter blanket.
Free choice horse quality hay of heartier blend. Access to clean, non-frozen water.
THIS is the time your horse will colic ESPECIALLY if they are not drinking water like normal. Warm mashes work well for making sure they're hydrating, warming their body, forage and fiber. Too much stall / barn confinement, increases risk of colic.
ALSO, a horse burns calories / body fat in order to stay warm and requires 15-20 pounds of hay per day. So if your horse is already underweight, these weather conditions are going to be detrimental on your horse.
DO NOT feed cow or moldy hay! Also NEVER put a blanket on a wet, sweaty or damp horse!
If blanketed, make sure you keep check on them. Feel underneath to make sure they're not sweating. Check on fasteners.

I am reopening in the coming weeks for horse hauling but have moved to Tennessee now
•Prefer all day trips M-Sun
•Out of state and long hauls Friday to Monday depending on schedule
•Competitive rates per loaded mile
•Fully enclosed slant load GN, matted, padded, stallion stall, custom installed fan, vented, secure drop down windows and temperature control
•Access to water and health and stress check points (hay based on distance, horse and owner consent)
•All horses must have valid, current negative coggins and normal temp before loading
•20 years horse and livestock hauling experience
•Vet tech specializing in equine health and professional horse trainer

Yesterday I had the honor of giving this sweet boy his first horse lesson. He smiled from ear to ear the whole time and never wanted to get off. Sean and his dad's house burned down recently and his dad is still on life support with severe burns and injuries. Please pray for this family and if you feel led to donate to Sean or his dad, I included that information in the last picture.

We had a very fun weekend at the horse show and even brought home some ribbons. This was Averie’s very first horse show....

We had a very fun weekend at the horse show and even brought home some ribbons. This was Averie’s very first horse show. She’s been practicing and working hard and I am so proud of her. She brought home two seconds and 2 third place ribbons and earned points towards the Georgia State Show. Congratulations Averie.
