Hoping everyone had a fun & Safe Halloween yesterday! 👻🎃💜🧡 It has been an exciting day in our house so far!!!! ♥️🏹🦌 We are so SUPER Proud of our middle son for filling his bow tag this morning!!!! So much dedication - lots of hours practicing & hunting - patience, perseverance and heart!!!!! Great shot & great Buck!

🐾❤️ Happy Birthday to our one and only OG, Lady Bug! ❤️🐾 Today we celebrate the girl who started it all — our very first English Cocker Spaniel and the reason we fell head over heels in love with this incredible breed! 🥰 Lady is truly everything we could ever want in a dog. She’s an exceptional hunting partner. After spending the last few years being an amazing mama and helping us build our program, she’s officially back doing what she loves most — and she hasn’t missed a beat! It’s like she never left the field! ❤️ But as incredible as she is in the field, she’s every bit as wonderful at home. She’s the BEST family member, the sweetest girl, and truly the definition of everything we love about ECS’s. In fact, we love her so much that we couldn’t imagine not keeping a little piece of her! Her daughter, June Bug, is part of our family and breeding program, and Crickett is Lady’s half-sister! So much of what we strive for in our breeding program comes from the qualities we’ve always admired in Lady. Watching those same instincts, personalities, and natural abilities already shining through in June’s very first litter has been incredibly rewarding. Lady is the foundation of so much of what we love, and we couldn’t be prouder of the legacy she’s helping us build! ❤️ 🎉 And speaking of Crickett… we have another birthday girl to celebrate! We were away on a much-needed family vacation (see pic below⬇️- we had a great time) but we missed wishing our beautiful Crickett a happy birthday on October 14th! So, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY, sweet girl! 🥳❤️ Crickett is truly something special, too. She’s beautiful, incredibly smart, the sweetest and most loving girl, and another fantastic hunting partner. She has a personality that makes her impossible not to love! And we’re especially excited about what this next year could bring for her! 🤞🏻❤️ If everything goes according to plan, it will be a very special year for Crickett, and we can’t wait to share more! Stay tuned! These two girls hold such a special place in our hearts and in our family. We would truly be lost without them. They’ve given us countless memories, incredible days in the field, endless love at home, and so many reasons to be thankful for this amazing breed. Happy Birthday to our October girls, Lady Bug and Crickett! 🎂🐾❤️ We may celebrate their birthdays in October, but the truth is, we celebrate these girls every single day! We are so incredibly lucky to call them ours! ❤️

Ah man, our youngest & I sat the blind tonight and had so much fun! This dude didn’t come into shooting range for us but it was so close and sooo cool!… Guess we will just have to try again!! 🙂 🦌🏹

Of course, we couldn’t share all these amazing pup-dates without sneaking in an update of our own, right?! 🤣🐾🧡 These four headed out after their morning bow hunt and came home with a limit of roosters! 🙌 Benelli is just wrapping up her heat cycle, so she was finally able to get back in the field doing what she loves most — without being too much of a distraction for the big guy! 🤣😍 We absolutely LOVE watching Benelli and Jack work together! These two make an incredible team in the field, and we couldn’t ask for better hunting partners. Their drive, natural instincts, teamwork, and love for the hunt are everything we appreciate about these dogs! And one of the BEST parts? Getting to watch their babies follow in their paw prints! 🐾❤️ All these wonderful pup-dates from their families make days like this even more special. Seeing the next generation out there doing exactly what they were bred to do is incredibly rewarding! Great work, team! Another successful day in the field, happy dogs, great memories, and pheasant nuggets on the dinner menu tonight! 🤣🙌🧡 It doesn’t get much better than that!

Another awesome pup-date from Team Rikky (Benelli x Jack) and Kasey! 🐾🧡 What a duo these two make, and what an incredible day in the field! We absolutely LOVE seeing them out doing what they love and making memories along the way! We can’t thank our puppy families enough for sharing these adventures with us! Keep those updates coming — they truly make our day! SO much fun! 🐾🪶♥️

🐾❤️ Another great update from the field! ❤️🪶 Not every successful hunt ends with a rooster in the bag, and this is such a great reminder of that! Robin (Lady x Jack) worked hard at it over the weekend and while they didn’t bring home any birds, they sure had some great action! Three roosters and two hens flushed! The first two roosters got up a little wild, but the third held nicely and flushed right in front of him, along with both hens! 🙌🐾 Jennifer said that he did a great job - way to go you two!!!! We LOVE seeing these young dogs getting opportunities to learn, gain experience, build confidence, and do what they were bred to do! Every trip to the field is another chance to grow, and these moments are just as exciting to us as bringing home a bird! Keep up the great work, buddy! We couldn’t be prouder of these pups and the incredible families putting in the time to help them succeed! ❤️🐾

🐾❤️ Another first rooster and another proud pup moment from Briar (Benelli x Jack) aka Jack’s “mini me” they look SO much alike!!!❤️🪶 We absolutely LOVE getting updates like this from our families! This handsome boy has been putting in the work, from training with pigeons to getting out in the field for his very first pheasant season! Opening day brought some tough conditions with plenty of wind and not much luck getting birds to flush, but that didn’t stop him! They headed back out, and he got his very first pheasant!!! 🎉 His family said he was SO excited and had an absolute blast! And that right there is what it’s all about! ❤️ Great work LaVon & Briar! But what makes this update even better is hearing just how much his family LOVES him! He’s not only showing his potential in the field, but he’s also fitting perfectly into their everyday lives. He goes just about everywhere with his owner, loves meeting people, and has been an absolute joy to have around! This is exactly what we love about these incredible dogs — all heart in the field and just as much love for their families at home! 🐾 We couldn’t be prouder, and hearing how much joy these pups bring to their families truly means the world to us! Keep those pictures and updates coming! We LOVE following along on their adventures! ❤️🐾

🐾❤️ Atta girl, Randi!!! ❤️🐾 Randi (Benelli x Jack) celebrated her very first rooster of her hunting career, and what a way to start! Even in the pouring rain, this girl was out there plowing through the brush and getting the job done! 💪🐾 And can we just take a minute to admire this beautiful girl?! 😍 Look at that expression — she is ALL BUSINESS, and you can just see how much she LOVES her job! And those eyes… so kind and absolutely beautiful! Even soaking wet and covered in the evidence of a hard day’s work, she is just gorgeous! ❤️ These updates seriously make my heart SO happy! Watching these young pups get out in the field, do what they were bred to do, and absolutely LOVE every minute of it is one of the most rewarding parts of raising them! Way to go, Randi & Dave!!! 👏 We couldn’t be more proud of this girl and all of these incredible Benelli x Jack pups! They’re just getting started, and we can’t wait to see what their futures hold! ❤️🐾 Keep doing your thing, Randi Girl! You are already making us so proud! 🐾🧡
