Another reminder:

I adhere to strict drop off and pickup requirements! If you can not pickup or drop off during the times allotted, you will need to make arrangements to do so.

Drop off/pickup times are as follows:

Monday thru Friday

8:30 AM - 3:00 PM

Saturday & Sunday

9:00 AM - 11:00 AM

If you are unable to make arrangements or pickup on or before the required cutoff times, you are required to pay an additional $25 for accommodations to be made. No changes will be made unless in the event of an emergency.

Also, a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of $75 per pet is required for staycations for 5 days or more and will be applied to the total costs if your baby's stay is not cancelled.

If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to ask.

I can not thank you all enough for another great year that The Dogue Cabana has had thus far and it is with a grateful and sincere heart that I look forward to continuing loving and caring for your fur babies in my home ❤️

REMINDER again —

I’ve had numerous cancellations without securing a deposit because I trusted 🥲

Keep in mind that because I am not just an ordinary “boarding” facility and I offer a loving peaceful in-home environment for your furbaby while your away, I limit the number I keep at the time I keep them. I do not kennel your baby unless you require me to do so and, I do spend quality time with each and every one of them. Please know that before your baby arrives, careful planning has been done and time and space has already been allotted for him/her.

I understand things happen but the reasons simply because “I changed my mind” or “my friend is gonna sit my baby”, “my baby is going with me now”, “my Mom is gonna keep them”, “my husband changed his mind”, “my other boarding facility now has an availability”. etc., is just not acceptable when it causes me to potentially lose clients and precious time with others’ babies.

When you book your baby for a play and stay over, I ask you to please be considerate of my schedule. Cancellations are not taken lightly when I turn away others because of limited availability. Not only does it prevent others from having the opportunity for a play and stay over, it deters my business elsewhere. And, repeated cancellations will result in your having to go elsewhere.

You are NOW required to pay a non-refundable deposit in the amount of $$75 for each scheduled pup at the time you book their stay (Cash and/or Venmo).

Also, please keep in mind that you are required to pay for your scheduled days even if you choose to pick up early because your time has been allotted for the days booked.

I regret to have to do so but, I value my time and absolutely adore my customers who depend upon me.

Stay vigilant!!!!! And, plan accordingly-

Tropical Update 4 PM 6.28.24
Tropical Depression Two has formed east of the Lesser Antilles and is expected to become a hurricane over the Caribbean. There is still some uncertainty on where it goes beyond Wednesday of next week. Plenty of time to monitor.

Because of the predicted “active” hurricane season that is quickly approaching, please have a Plan B in place for your fur baby’s care.

If your baby is in my care at the time of forecast, you will need to pickup him/her as soon as possible or, make arrangements for someone else to do so for you within a timely manner.

Unfortunately, I can no longer evacuate with your baby as I planned in the past because my own personal pack has grown tremendously and it is just not doable any longer.

Be attentive to the weather and PLAN——— PLAN now in the event. As much as I would love to get them all to safety, I will not be able to do so.
