I will be working the State Fair of Texas again this year so there are LIMITED spaces available to be seen prior to those dates. PLEASE do not wait until the last minute to try and get in with me and if your animal needs subsequent treatments please reach out so we can come up with the best solution for you and your pet/athlete!

I have made some more openings in the schedule so please see below dates to get on the schedule!

August - 18-23
September - 13 (TN Only), 15-18

Then next available will be October 23-25 with limited availability as well.

When’s the last time your dog was tested for heartworms?
We recommend every year at minimum or for those high risk patients every 6 months!

Did you know heartworms can do permanent damage to your dogs heart if left untreated?
They can! Along with causing many other issues!

Did you know if your puppy didn’t start prevention early enough they could have contracted them?
Most products cannot be started until 8weeks of age, so that has left your puppy exposed for 8 whole weeks! That is why we recommend testing at 6 months of age and 1 year!

Have you missed a dose of prevention?
A test needs to be done 6 months after the missed dose to be sure they didnt contract them.

Did you know EVERY dog is at risk even those that live inside? Why? Because mosquitos are everywhere!

Hope everyone is having a great summer! I’ve had some request to come to TN/East MO.
I need a few more to make the trip worth coming that direction.

Also Interest has been expressed to do a vaccine clinic (Canine/Equine). If anyone would like to host this at your facility please reach out would love to help accommodate more people but need a minimum to set up for a clinic!

The snakes are out and about! If you notice an unusual swelling, lameness, or lethargy you should have them examined by a veterinarian!

Bites such as this one 👇🏼 left unattended could cause serious issue for your animal including restricted airways or necrosis of important structures, potentially even death.

🌈 In Home/On Farm Euthanasias 🌈

As I had to help a beloved patient pass over the Rainbow Bridge this week, I thought it appropriate to discuss this topic in his loving memory. I’m so thankful to be able to offer these services to you and your animals to end their suffering and allow them to have a merciful, pain free, ending to this venture we call life. 💚

From chocolate kisses to carrots saying goodbye is never easy but doing it a day too soon is much more kind than a day too late.
Humane euthanasia translates to “good death” and it’s a luxury that we have in veterinary medicine to be able to offer that Good death and thank our best friends for the time they gave us with a peaceful end.

Things we offer to accommodate this decision is Quality Of Life consults; these include comprehensive exams that asses your pet or athletes health status, including pain, mobility, etc. This includes a comprehensive questionnaire that can be gone over together or with your family.
We then assess a plan and set goals for your pet/athlete.

We then come to you in the comfort of your home or farm and are able to accommodate a peaceful end.

Goodbyes are never easy but let us help your pet/athlete cross that rainbow bridge with dignity and respect.

Thoughts and prayers go out to those still grieving the loss of a pet.
