Howdy folks, we are starting to hire for the 2026 season. These positions include greenhouse lead, several farm hands in varying roles and experiences and lastly a cashier. These positions are fun, fast paced and crucial in helping to expand the local food movement. Positions and general wages will be listed in the comments

We have a few holiday wreaths left at our farm stand. With the economy going in the direction it is, we would love to offer some holiday cheer to those less fortunate. Please stop by our farm stand and grab a wreath to decorate your entryway for the holidays. Please allow 1 per family. I will post when they are gone. Merry Christmas and happy holidays

Wanna give a huge shoutout to for taking time out of their busy day to help us straw our strawberries before the rain tomorrow. With me being laid up and recovering from surgery, this took a huge load of manual labor off of our crew. Thanks again to our neighbors at garden fort.

Good afternoon folks. We are currently working on our 2026 season and would like to poll our social media followers. If we provided a delivery service for our spring, summer and fall csa program, would you be more inclined to sign up for our csa shares? The cost would be a small weekly fee that would cover labor, gas and equipment maintenance and that cost would vary depending on the distance from the farm. Please let us know your thoughts.

So usually I keep my personal life off of social media unless it pertains to certain aspects of the farm or business….Well this is one lol. Some people may remember I broke my back 2 years and have been working with it. I’ve had good days and bad days….lately the bad days have outweighed the good days. In late September I suffered a symptom that was concerning and had a meeting with my neurosurgeon…a few scans later and we decide now is as good of a time as ever to fix my spine. Tomorrow I am have spine surgery where they will fuse my spine and adds screws and rods to brace the vertebrae securely so my spine can heal. Originally I was going to keep this close to the family but a few friends mentioned that positive energy and prayers will never hurt anything. So I guess please send the good vibes my way. This surgery will not impact any of the business side of the farm. We have a very good winter crew who will keep you fed and our shelves stocked until I’m back. Wish me luck

Howdy, we know the political climate can be unpredictable and challenging lately. With the current situation affecting so many of our friends and neighbors we would love to help bring a little cheer to our community. If you are personally being affected by the snap/ebt freeze, we gladly want to invite you over to our farm stand to take home a pumpkin for every kid in your immediate family affected by the current freeze situation.
