Hi everyone!
With deer season amping up, I figured it was time to make a post. I will not be taking in any deer mounts this fall season. This includes European mounts as well. As some may know, my husband and I are going to be welcoming a sweet baby boy into our lives this winter. We are over-the-moon with excitement! I just will not be able to keep up with the swing of busy deer season this year. I will finish everything I have in possession, so this does NOT apply to deer (or any other animal) that is currently in the shop. Those of you that still have deer with me; they’re in the works!
With that being said, I have decided to go strictly to taking in waterfowl for the time being. I have wanted to make this move for a few years now, and I think now is better than never. I will be focusing all of my time and effort into waterfowl mounts this upcoming year. I will continue to take in waterfowl through December 1st, then will start drop-offs back up around the end of February 2025. Keep an eye out for Facebook updates. I look forward to working on your birds!
Hopefully making this transition will allow some time to catch up in the shop before baby boy arrives and relieve some stress off myself. If you have animals with me at this time, I’m working tirelessly to get them ready for your wall.
