It is with sadness and a heavy heart that I need to let you know that due to unforseen personal circumstances, Canine Cuts will be closing permanently on May 17th. I apologize for the short notice. I will miss all of you and your doggos. I will try to fit as many of you in for grooming before the closing date.

Beginning the week of May 13th Canine Cuts' operating hours will be changing to the following
Tuesday 11 - 7
Wednesday 9 - 3
Thursday 9 - 12
Friday 9 -3
We will no longer be open on Saturday.

You will not be able to book Tuesday afternoon or Thursday morning online until after the 13th. If you would like one of these days, please send me a text at 978-270-3113.

After much consideration, I have decided to keep Canine Cuts open. The outpouring of support has been amazing, and I have realized that my life would be much less enjoyable without my customers and their dogs.
I will be making a few changes and there will be a price increase. This will take effect on Tuesday July 16th. I will be posting the new prices and policies on Facebook and sending it out in text message in June.
Canine Cuts will be closed for vacation from June 28th through July 15th for vacation. If you have any questions or concerns please reach out to me.

It is with a heavy heart that I let you all know that Canine Cuts will be closing for good June 27th. I will miss all my customers and their fur babies, but it is time for a new chapter in my life. Please feel free to make any grooming appointments up until the closing date.

I love this job!!

So I didn’t always know I wanted to groom dogs. I knew I loved dogs and loved being around dogs, but for years I was just a dog owner. Well, after 10 years of commuting to Woburn for a job I really didn’t like, I got laid off. It was the best thing that could have happened!

I started working for Barbara at Manilow’s Doggie Daycare and when the owner of Canine Cuts, Grace, needed some holiday help I was more than happy to help her out. Eventually, Grace started teaching me other aspects of dog grooming and at the same time I enrolled at Animal Behavioral College in their grooming program.

Over the next several years I learned as much as I could and I realized that this was the first job I actually loved. I loved working with the dogs one on one. I loved seeing the transformation as I was grooming a dog. Yes, it’s a lot of work and at times very, very dirty, but I love it!

When Grace decided she wanted to sell the business, I jumped at the opportunity. It was a big decision, but one I knew I needed to take. The existing base of customers has been so welcoming and I am always looking for new customers. I feel that I offer professional grooming in a happy environment at a very reasonable price. I enjoy grooming dogs of all sizes and really enjoy a challenge. I always aim to make the dogs I groom feel as comfortable as possible with their grooming experience so it is not something to be feared, but rather a normal part of their everyday life.
