Our client-facing team members from each Canine To Five location came together this week at our Commerce facility for a Client Experience seminar with Rosemarie from Olde Towne Pet Resort! 🐾

One of our core values is being forward-thinking, and we’re always looking for ways to push ourselves to be even better for our clients — both human and canine. 💡✨

Together, we explored new ways to build stronger bonds with pet parents, listen with empathy, offer tailored solutions for every dog, and deliver unreasonable hospitality. It was an inspiring day of growth, and our team loved getting to connect and learn in our beautiful Commerce location! 💙
