We’ve been super busy and haven’t posted for a while BUT we wanted to share the progress on our outdoor Mushroom garden! We hope to finish the layout and get things inoculated ASAP before the freezing temps hit. The plan is Wine Cap & Blue Oyster outlined by Shiitake on logs. We plan to set up a few large sections with Blue Oyster for Mycoremediation experiments. Pre project soil tests in the works!
