With awesome support once again from the Brown family and Becker Pet Food, I’ve been able to lean into my passion and really let my creative side shine.

Everyone—when you stop into Becker Pet, make sure to say hi 👋🏼 to the beautiful Luna! She did AMAZING on the table today through all the shenanigans of the process. And afterwards? She was prancing around like she knew just how pretty she looked! ✨

Huge thank you to my biggest helpers today, my husband and my mom. I couldn’t do it without you!

I know so many of you send me videos of fun designs all the time, so it’s pretty cool to think Luna will be out and about in our small town showing off her beautiful self!

Here’s the biggest thanks to Charley!!!!! He was the bestest man for this trip!!!!! Loved seeing the new sites, meeting all his new friends, and killing it on stage!!!! It’s like he was born for this in life, to make everyone’s day happy when they meet him!!! ❤️🐾 If anyone gets to meet him in the future, please give him the biggest loving cause he deserves it!!!!!!

What a weekend in Atlanta at Groom’d! 🐩✨

About 2½ years ago, after attending my very first grooming expo, I set a goal for myself to someday compete. About 6 months ago, I really started preparing to make it happen — and this weekend it finally did!

I made the trip to Atlanta with my best friend Jordyn Glowcheski and my mom Wanda Giese, and I couldn’t have asked for a better support team. My only goal going down there was simply to finish my groom within the allotted time. (And with the boy I had… that was no small goal — he was probably the biggest one there! The judges even said so 😆)

But somehow life gave me so much more than I ever expected.

First, I got to compete with the very best boy in the world. Thinking about how good he was for me honestly brings tears to my eyes. Nothing will ever beat how well he worked with me that day.

Then the results came in…
🏆 Best First Timer – Poodle Class
🥈 2nd Place – Entry Poodle Class

And then… we got called to the big stage for Best in Show First Timer for the entire weekend — and Charley won it for me too!!! I still can’t believe it. In my wildest dreams I never imagined everything would fall into place like this.

Getting to compete right beside my best friend and watch her win her first placement in Freestyle on Friday made the weekend even more special. Having my mom there to support us and help with everything meant the world.

Thank you to everyone who helped me get here. Every piece of advice, encouragement, and support truly goes a mile — you know who you are.

The Northern Groomers absolutely killed it in Atlanta, and I am so proud to be part of this group!

And lastly, the biggest thank you to the Brown Family for trusting me with their handsome man for the week. Being able to love on him, take him across the country, and show him off meant everything to me. Thank you for the trust — you guys are amazing.

✨ Continuing Education for Healthier Skin & Happier Pets! ✨

I had the privilege of traveling to Arizona to train with the Pet Skin Academy, where I completed their Advanced Science Course. It was truly the ultimate experience — I learned so much, made lifetime friends, and was taught by some of the most inspiring instructors (Suzanne Marchetti and Dr. Cliff Favor) in the industry. I am so grateful for the knowledge, support, and passion shared there. 💛

A huge shout-out to my best friend Jordyn Glowcheski with Glow Up Grooming for doing this journey with me! Getting to learn beside someone who shares the same dedication and heart for dogs made the experience even more special. 🐾✨

Thank you to the entire Pet Skin Academy team for everything you do for us groomers! Your commitment to education, science, and the advancement of skin and coat care in our industry is truly unmatched. We appreciate you more than you know. 🙌

Totally had a super cool day today!!!! Harry Potter special!!!! 🪄🧙 (All their names correlate with the story) First time grooming an Irish Wolfhound, have yet to ever meet another brown Dalmatian and this Lab and Golden are so bi-lingual they are smarter than I am 😆
