✨ Wellness Wednesday ✨

Recovery and maintenance are a huge part of keeping our equine athletes feeling and performing their best! With Hello Stella, we like to combine multiple therapy modalities to support her overall health, comfort, and performance. Every morning, Stella starts her day with approximately 10 minutes on the RA Ranch & Rehab TheraPlate. The gentle vibration therapy helps stimulate circulation, improve muscle function, support joint mobility, and promote overall wellness from the ground up.

In addition to the TheraPlate, we incorporate a different bodywork modality each day depending on her needs. This may include red light therapy or PEMF therapy.

PEMF Complete, LLC.-Corporate is one of our favorite tools for whole-body maintenance. We typically use PEMF the day before a race, or at least once a week when we are not competing.

PEMF works at the cellular level to:
• Increase circulation and oxygen delivery
• Reduce inflammation
• Relieve soreness and muscle tension

Dr. Nicole Tavel DVM/CVA (Certified Veterinary Acupuncturist) will be coming to our barn June 5th to do acupuncture. If you would like your horse to be included, reach out to us to be added to the schedule. ($155 per horse) She accepts Zelle/Venmo/cash
