This tiny little girl came to work with me this morning. Getting to spend some quality time with her over the last few days has taught me a lot.

Being in the field of rehoming and adoption is about more than finding dogs their forever homes. It’s about learning their behaviors, understanding their fears, recognizing their temperaments, and working with them to bring out the confidence they deserve.

When I say, “This is my mission field at the moment,” I mean that this is where I believe God has placed me in life and by his grace after years of working with his precious creation I’ve become in-tuned to things I see with dogs. Ministry doesn’t always happen from a pulpit. Sometimes, it looks like slowing down for the overlooked, offering patience to the fearful, extending compassion to the broken, and being a faithful steward of the animals God has entrusted to our care. Through this work, I have the opportunity to reflect His love, kindness, and gentleness in both the lives of these dogs and the people they eventually bless.

This is more than rehoming. It’s a reminder that every act of service, no matter how small it may seem, can be an opportunity to glorify God and love His creation well.

A sweet update on Rex he went to his Army Dad, he has the same instinct to hunt the bad guy, to protect his home and flock, he sits in the tree waiting for critters to come and go and makes his move 😂🥰❤️🐾its connections like this that has kept me in the business for over 20 years , its seeing these perfect connections that are just put together by the Lord for his purpose for both owner and fur baby. Truly Blessed!.
