ARRIVAL PROCEDURE - 2026 World Percheron Congress

All horses must enter the Minnesota State Fairgrounds through Gate 14 (Canfield Gate), off Como Ave. Please see the Exhibitor Map.

Upon arrival, trailers will be directed to the appropriate unloading areas by 2026 WPC Staff. Stalling assignments are pre-arranged based on Exhibitor Entry Forms. After unloading, trucks and trailers must promptly move to designated parking areas.

Arrival Schedule:

Halter & Hitch Horses: Opens Saturday, July 4, 2026 at 12:00 noon. Closes Monday, July 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
Farm Teams: Opens Saturday, July 4, 2026 at 12:00 noon. Closes Monday, July 6, 2026 at 3:00 PM.
Pulling Horses: May enter any time prior to 8:00 AM on Saturday, July 11, 2026.

Important: Use Gate 14 (Canfield Gate) off Como Ave.

If you are stalled in the Cattle Barn or Cattle Barn Annex and would like any stall fronts or sides removed before the show, please notify the committee with an email to [email protected] by Friday, June 19 with your specific stall numbers and which panels you would like removed.

Please note: Exhibitors will not be permitted to remove stall fronts or sides themselves once on-site. Unauthorized removal will result in a fine.

Stalls in the Horse Barn and Compeer do not have removable fronts or sides.

Exhibitor Reminder:
All Percherons attending the 2026 World Percheron Congress must be accompanied by a Certificate of Veterinary Inspection (CVI) issued within 30 days of the event.

This requirement applies to all Percherons, including those residing in Wisconsin or Minnesota. Due to the size of the event, all animals will be required to have a certificate.

Please plan ahead and work with your veterinarian to ensure your paperwork is completed before arrival.

🚨 FINAL REMINDER FOR WORLD PERCHERON CONGRESS EXHIBITORS & PHAoA MEMBERS 🚨

PLEASE NOTE: exhibitor wristbands and additional banquet tickets will NOT be available for purchase at the show. THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO PURCHASE THEM.

All exhibitor wristband orders and exhibitor banquet ticket orders must be submitted by the end of the day tomorrow, June 1, 2026.

If you need additional exhibitor wristbands beyond your complimentary allotment, they must be ordered by this deadline. Additional exhibitor wristbands are $100 each, and you will be billed for any additional wristbands requested.

Please also review your Exhibitors Banquet ticket needs and make sure you have ordered enough tickets for everyone in your group.

🎟️ Banquet tickets are $50 per person.
Meal choices include:
• Prime rib
• Chicken
• Vegan

We must have final meal counts and meal selections in order to confirm numbers with the caterer.
