The babies that made it home this month 😻😻🎉🥺

This time is the most exciting and nerve racking. I send the babies home in the hopes that l've prepared them as best I could for their new lives.💜

Kittens are little fragile babies so l check in as often as possible to make sure their parents aren't worried & their new baby is adjusting well.🥺

I worry constantly that they are doing okay and I miss each one!! I remember their favorite spots, toys & whose lap they love more.🫠

It's also exciting to see the kittens who are maybe not the most pushy & outgoing; go home to make a ton of biscuits and make their parents fall in love with them.🩷🩷🥺

A common question new owners ask is "Can I leave her alone to while l'm at work? The answer is yes!

Cats sleep majority of the day with light activity.They mainly nap and sunbath while they wait for you to arrive. Your kitty will usually do fine by themselves as long as you give them attention in the morning & in the evening.

Your kitty may be interested in a friend if they are super playful, constantly meowing at you and pestering you for attention. It's always a positive thing when you get your cat a companion. It's not 100% necessary as you can always bring in a new kitten at any age. However it becomes more difficult for the resident kitty to adjust the older they get.

If you want your kitties to bond (aka, sleep, groom eachother and rough house) it's best to get them closer in age & similar energy levels. Kitties with a wider age gap may not interact the same, but definitely possible!

I often get asked, "How does your house not smell like cat p*e?" And "how is everything not destroyed?"

The truth is my house is designed for them! Everything here is replaceable. I purchase items of Facebook marketplace fora fraction of their original price. Plants are always hanging and out of reach. There's lots of scratchers and trees for them to use.

I use a corn based litter (World's best cat litter) which doesn't reek or track a ton. also add baking soda to their litter & have automatic robots that spray deodorizer. My cats are raw fed which means their p**p doesn't smell, no gassy farts and their p*e barely smells like anything since they are so well hydrated.

Things like rugs, blankets and pillows are replaceable once or twice a year if it gets to that. have mattress and inside pillow protectors. I love Nature's miracle and use a professional carpet cleaning service for couches and rugs 2x a year.

I've noticed that only a few of my intact girl cats mark (usually when they are upset or in heat) hence why they may not always be in the main living room and seen in my content. They may stay in one of 3 kitten bedrooms till they are out of heat.

All this in combination with cleaning & washing everyday including kitten paws & baths keeps the house clean at all times for people who come to adopt! 🤭💖🫣Did mention clip everyone's claws 2x week? Thankfully ragdolls are not destructive cats.

Happy Saturday!

The kitties are all getting spayed & neutered this month, but they act like nothing happened 💪🏻

While a lot of my focus on handling is done from 0-10 weeks, this stage of 10-16 weeks has shifted my focus to exposure to carrier, brushing, nail clipping and prepping families for their new babies. love this stage since they look absolutely adorable in photos, but also they are more interested in purring and affection from my family rather than playing with siblings. Some may also be teething and play biting so teaching kittens not to bite hands is also a regular task at this age.

I am also teaching kittens to use the litter robot regularly & appropriate places to scratch.💜💜

Oh yea and if you haven't noticed there's a baby who is not a kitty 🤭mixed in there As announced on my subscriber page, meet Bond, James Bond. He is a mini Aussie puppy and the calmest boy in the whole world!

His #1 job is help socialize the kittens to dogs & to go with me everywhere.😌

Every litter am so impressed when I watch a kitten go from running away from me at 5 weeks from to climbing into someone's lap at 12 weeks. love to watch their confidence grow and their little traits appear.

Everytime someone adopts there is a new favorite. Depending on the hour one is playing, the other is napping. It's an amazing thing to watch a kitten fall in love with you
