Good Agricultural Practices are key to running a successful produce farm. Join a free workshop on June 30 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. to learn about GAP certification, FSMA requirements, and local produce safety policies. Includes a farm tour, lunch, and free resources.

Thank you Minot!

What an amazing first outdoor event for and the kids. The twins were lemonade pros but the end and our little guy ran the till. Our amazing supportive staff & friends and completed the dream team.

The hard-working farm kids of Hilltop Farm and will see you tonight at !

And as of this morning they are licensed for egg sales from the North Dakota Department of Agriculture!!! This means our free-ranged farm fresh eggs could be at your favorite restaurant in the near future. 🥚🍳. Thanks for inspiring us to do this with you!

To celebrate we will have a special on eggs this evening from 5-8:30 along with lemonade, cookies and Westins’s adorable dog bandanas.

This time of year is always a little stressful trying to plant, watch the weather, plan all our market dates and make sure we are taking time to enjoy our family too.

As we celebrate our 10th year as a local producer, one exciting new addition to our business is joining the ND Dept of Agriculture’s new Pride of Dakota Fresh program!

Our and .1985 coordinators are absolute rockstars at supporting local producers. I couldn’t be more excited to add this logo to our business.

We will be announcing our summer dates and plans soon. In the meantime there’s a lot of plants to plant yet!

Happy 3rd birthday to my God daughter Hazel! She is truly young, wild and now three! Her mama had a great idea for this cookie set and it fits her fun personality to a tee. 🦓🐆🦒

The family that works together also rests together after a busy day of:
- 🧅 planting (3,000 to be exact)
- finished prepping the flower bed
- the last 150 # of seed potatoes in
- sweet 🌽 seeded
- 🌷 picked
- 🐷 chores
- and homemade pizza with basil from

When we say this is a family farm we truly mean it!

And to say we are grateful for the rain is an understatement. 💚

Thank you to The Learning Tree preschool in Minot for having us visit yesterday!

We talked all things pollinators, how they help our gardens grow and we made flower seed balls they could take home to plant. Each kiddo also received a ladybug cookie kit with all natural food coloring. One of the students did a great job on hers! Thanks for sharing ❤️

Taking time to teach the next generation of growers will always be the best use of our time. Little learners inspire me daily!
