We will be closed Wednesday February 5th for a paid day of rest and resistance. Our business is built around an ethical code not just within our sourcing but our community values. This is a time for action and it is important our staff has an opportunity to exercise their rights by attending protests or just taking a mental health day. Now is not the time to stay silent. This year has been a journey and we are just very grateful to be able to celebrate another one with you all. We hope our space serves as a reprieve from the chaos of daily life. Her specialties are birds, small mammals, and anatomic anomalies, with a select number of commissions open for pets. Her work seeks to combine the demonstrative aspect of scientific presentation with the symbolic, introspective nature of art, using taxidermy to engage diverse audiences with conservation.”

Our Story

The Terrorium Shop showcases the magical process of decay and regrowth by combining naturally deceased curiosities with verdant living foliage. Inspired by the mossy rocks lining the edge of a Colorado River; the contrast of red sand against a piercing blue sky; and the painted valley of crested butte during the wildflowers first bloom ... we take our favorite elements of nature and capture them in our timeless mini-worlds.
