Awesome Dog!!! Very nice, well behaved! ❤️❤️❤️ he is gorgeous. He came right up calmly to meet us and was looking for attention. His eyes are magnificent, stunning looking dog.
He has been at the shelter too long. We need to find him a home!!
Paola is listed as a 1 year old Staffie/labby mix. He is healthy and ready to find a home! He is all play!!! He is a smart dog too and knows sit and listens very well he is eager to please! He only weighs 57lbs.
He is absolutely gorgeous.
Paolo was in short term foster and was returned. He does have a minor bite but the shelter put him right back up for adoptions so we truly believe it was in play, it was reported Paolo was chewing on something he shouldn't have in his kennel. The minor opened the crate and took the item away from him. Paolo bit the minor on the foot while they were backing away from him. He hates being back in the kennels. He wants outside all the time and attention. It’s sad! The shelter has said he has kennel stress. We met him and fell in love. He was so happy to see us and was so focused on treats and listening to us. He is a young pup who needs someone to spend time with him. He loves to play please read all his notes!
He was reported to be gentle and dainty in playgroup and unsure of how to play. He will need time to decompress.
Paolo is doing very well, he is very playful. He is very treat motivated! he knows some commands such as sit, paw, and lay down. Paolo is a sweet dog but sometimes he doesn’t know his weight and he loves to just jump up on you. I do have another dog in the house and he gets along well with my other dog, i also have children in the household and he does well with my children. Paolo will chase after balls and bring them back, he is super fast. He does pull on the leash but will calm down if told to calm down. He loves to cuddle and wants all of the attention. . Paolo was very easy to leash and walk to the yard. He pulled mildly on the way there. He barked at a couple of the other dogs along the way. Paolo is a friendly dog who demonstrates medium energy. He enjoys pets from head to tail and knows how to sit and offer his paw for a treat, which he takes gently. In the yard, he wasn't interested in the toys, so we went for a walk. Paolo walked very easily on the leash with minimal pulling and was easy to steer. Friendly, relaxed dog! Paolo was easy to return.

URGENT!!!! This is a kill shelter.!!! Dogs and cats have been killed by mistake at the shelter. Dogs and cats are in danger the moment they enter the building!!!! Director Trebatowski has been proven to hide information. EMAIL right away for all additional information to [email protected] and [email protected]
The county has no application process. The county shelter refuses to supply accurate information to some citizens. All LIVES are in danger!!!!

All the dogs in the albums are located in Hillsborough County Animal Services in Tampa Fl (Pet “Resource” Center). Every effort is made to keep the information as up to date as possible. If we have not posted how they are with other dogs, cats, and kids, it is because we don't know. Shelter evaluations are difficult due to the stressful environment, so the best thing to do is to go meet the dog. We do our very best as volunteers to meet every dog and post them. Thank you for sharing the dogs and supporting our page.

There are very few states who do not euthanize for space, sometimes the best thing to do is to direct someone to their local shelter.
