Rooted Heart Farm Rooted Heart Farm is an urban farm dedicated to providing the Denton community with sustainably grown produce.

We are in partnership with Cardo's Farm Project who is graciously hosting RHF on their land. You can buy our produce at the Denton Community Market starting Spring of 2016!
