🍀⚡️🍀buckwheat microgreens - stems are crunchy and have a citrus tang. Leaves are similar to a leaf lettuce. Naturally gluten free- full of essential vitamins and minerals, protein and fiber.

🍀I started growing for health reasons - I wasn’t eating enough vegetables in my diet and so I started by adding peas (popular choice for protein) and bok choy to my smoothies. .and it’s proven to help me stay healthy💪🏻
👉one of my favorite ways to eat them is tossed /wilted into a hot dish of beans with roasted hot peppers and farm fresh onions along with toasted sourdough with a drizzle of local honey.

This weather has us excited about ALL the fresh veggies coming our way. 🌈🌱🍄

This weekend we are featuring the ‘Fresh Stack’ as an add on to any pizza. Salad greens from our garden, buckwheat and cauliflower sprouts just harvested from , cherry tomatoes, and shaved parm, all tossed in garlic-infused olive oil. Sooo good, y’all!

We open today at 5:30 and Saturday at 6. Grab a bottle of wine and come on in. We’d love to make dinner for you. 🤍
