We are Looking forward to these two Chesapeake breedings this fall.

These are both great outcrosses with phenomenal field performance pedigrees along bringing excellent confirmation back into the mix.

CH Barret QA2 x Poppy MH

Chief x Illy (pending OFA Hip and Elbow results)

Barrett x Poppy is a repeat breeding. The first litter was small but I liked everything it threw. I personally trained one as a gun dog and one of the female puppies has derby points mater passes and QAA placements. These puppies will have the looks and the go.

Chief x Illy both very talented young dogs with tons of potential. This breeding is pending OFA hip/elbow results. They both have everything we look for in a hard charging capable hunting and competitive dogs. Both very strong in and around the water and great attitude in the yard. They both have happy go lucky goof ball temperaments and will progress greatly in hunt tests this summer. This is a very nice pedigree with very strong proven producing bitch lines.

Rankin Brooks Chief owned by Bart Flanagan earned a 4th at the American Chesapeake Specialty Field Trial Specialty this past week held in Pittsfield, Maine.

Chief is a dog I bred out of Rankin Brooks Jacketed Peacemaker MH (Pope) x Rankin Brooks One Too Many MH (Mally). He is a Henley grandson

I have been fortunate to have trained Chief from his basics all the way through to now. He is hands down one of the nicest animals I have ever stood beside and has everything I have ever looked for in a Chesapeake. Thank you Bart for being a huge part of this success right from the beginning along with all of your time in the field and on the road throwing for us.
