Who’s ready to relax and unwind this evening? Did you know I also teach yoga?🧘🏼‍♀️

Some people may think of yoga as a religious practice. And it can be in some areas of the world or in some classes in particular. But in most western classes and in my class, there will be no religious ceremonies or any form of worship done. We simply relax our minds and connect our breath to our movement to find some relief from stress and everyday life. You also receive a nice workout and stretch.

Tonight I will be at anytime fitness at 5:30. I really hope you join me 🤗. $10 a person, I accept Venmo and cash.

Hello Modern Pup Family, it’s been a little while since I’ve posted on here. We’ve been busy busy giving all of your sweet pups their spa days.🐶🐾 🐾🐾🐶

We’ve also been working on some other things too. Some of you may already know that I have recently been certified as a yoga teacher! 🧘🏼‍♀️ This has been a goal of mine for a while now and is something I am very passionate about. I would love to have you practice with me one day. Tom has been working on Breathwork. We both want to give back and help all of you de-stress and take time for self Love 🖤 We both invite you to join us for a special event happening May 25th Spots are limited so make sure to DM me for a ticket or two😉
