On this Memorial Day…🇺🇸let’s not forget the true meaning of this day ….it is a day to honor and remember all the military personnel (including dogs 🐾)that gave their life so that we may enjoy all the freedoms that we have …. this is not a political post in any means, but a post to truly honor all those that have lost their lives so that we may live ours freely 🇺🇸
Scoopy Doos is a military family….and we know first hand the sacrifices that these men and women make and we want to say to the ones no longer with us…you are not forgotten and thank you 🙏.

We hope you are surrounded by those you care about most today…and when you are …please pause a moment and reflect on those families who have an empty seat at their table today ….have reflective and peaceful day🇺🇸🐾

We all can do better …there is an easy way that you can help end ANIMAL TESTING….Stop buying from companies that support animal testing. You are going be very surprised at some of the companies that support animal testing like Bath & Body Works, Victoria Secret, Burt’s Bees ….always look for the leaping 🐰 bunny symbol…means they do not test on animals!!!

These babies didn’t come from homes… they came from a breeding facility 😢

Everything in their world is brand new — grass, toys, couches, kind hands, and love. ❤️🐾

If you’re fostering or adopting one of the Ridglan beagles, patience is everything. ❤️The only human hands many of them have ever known were hands that hurt them, restrained them, or treated them like they didn’t matter. Trust does not happen overnight.

They may not know commands.
They may not know how to walk on a leash.
Some don’t even know how to eat from a bowl because food was dropped into their crates from a food tube 😢

They are scared, nervous, and unsure of humans — and honestly, who could blame them?😞

Two years ago, we fostered one of the Envigo beagles and saw this fear firsthand. Watching him slowly learn that people could be gentle was heartbreaking and beautiful all at once. 🥰With time, patience, consistency, and so much love, he finally found his forever home.

These dogs are survivors learning how to be dogs for the very first time. Please give them grace while they learn. ❤️

I know it’s a long video….. but this is the type of patience that is needed if you plan on adopting one of these amazing pups 🐶

Thank you again to all who were involved in saving these 🐶 and continue to fight for animal rights 🙏…. I know there are still tens of thousands more that need saving …..but a journey always starts with the first step …..🥰tails
