Bud & Shelby

Retiring and Rehoming is the most difficult decision to make. Could I keep them all? Sure could! I've got the space, means for vet care, and all things necessary for my FURKIDS to have an amazing life...BUT what about that 1 on 1 time, exclusive belly rubs, and truly enjoying the pet home luxury? I've come to the realization that sometimes Rehoming is for the best.

Meet Bud! Bud is the absolute sweetest man. He lost his best friend "Sally" and was looking to fill his heart. Bud reminds me so much of Uncle Kenny. Uncle Kenny loved Shelby and would sit on the couch for hours with her. I'm sure Shelby wondered why Uncle Kenny quit stopping by. Anyways, Bud's story also includes his granddaughters owning 2 of Shelby's past pups! I thought that made this pairing even better! I drove Shelby to the Cleveland area to see how she liked Bud, his home, and the possible connection. Meeting Bud and his daughter was so welcoming! I almost wondered if they wanted to adopt me! Bud liked Shelby and Shelby was a little nervous, but I told Bud and Shelby that I would come back and get her if either was not happy.

This picture was sent to me the next day! It was bittersweet, but just look at those two!🥰🐾
