Due to two very rude and entitled customers I'm going to be having everyone sign a waiver from now on with what service I'm going to be completing, how long they have allotted per animal and the price on it. I'm sorry for any inconvenience this brings anyone but I can't afford to be disrespected and uncompensated for my work. I'm a very respected and caring groomer and petsitter. I go out of my way to help anyone I can no matter the extra cost or time it takes, the least people can do is respect that this job isn't my whole life. I have kids, a husband, and a small farm that I'm responsible for. I've been grooming professionally since 2017 and up until now everyone has been so respectful, understanding, and cordial. I hold myself to a high standard of professionalism. I pride myself in helping people and pets who can't get out of their home for a groom. I, in all my being want to make your life easier by helping your pet feel better with a groom. Or put your mind at ease knowing that they are in good hands when you are away.
I want to take this time to thank all of my current clients for being so amazing and working with me along the way. You guys are what makes it worth it. Thank you :)
