Bitcoin has ended its longest winning streak with a 14.74% drop to $53,540 over three days, marking the first significant drawdown in 427 days.

Over the past month, Bitcoin's value decreased by over 25%, breaking a four-month price range.

The broader cryptocurrency market also saw considerable losses, with $662 million liquidated, mostly from long positions.

Historically, Bitcoin has frequently experienced significant pullbacks of around 25%. These corrections are relatively common.

For example, in the months before the 2016 and 2020 halving events, Bitcoin saw pullbacks of 25% and 38%, respectively.

Such corrections of 30-40% are typical during bull markets and are considered part of Bitcoin's highly volatile market dynamics.

Despite these setbacks, Bitcoin has historically rebounded and continued its long-term upward trajectory.

On May 22, 2010, now known as “Bitcoin Pizza Day,” Laszlo Hanyecz, the Florida man, agreed to pay 10,000 bitcoins for the delivery of two Papa John’s pizzas. On the Bitcoin Talk forum, Hanyecz reached out for help. “I’ll pay 10,000 bitcoins for a couple of pizzas … like maybe 2 large ones so I have some left over for the next day,” Hanyecz wrote.

“I like having left over pizza to nibble on later. You can make the pizza yourself and bring it to my house or order it for me from a delivery place, but what I’m aiming for is getting food delivered in exchange for bitcoins where I don’t have to order or prepare it myself, kind of like ordering a ‘breakfast platter’ at a hotel or something, they just bring you something to eat and you’re happy!”

A British man took up Hanyecz’s offer and bought the two pizzas for him in exchange for 10,000 bitcoins. Even then, the recipient of the bitcoins got a bargain, paying about $25 for the pizzas, while 10,000 bitcoins were then worth around $41.

For the uninitiated, this chart measures how much of the Entire Crypto Marketcap is concentrated in Bitcoin alone.

If this number goes down it means $$$ is flowing out of Bitcoin into Altcoins. So bearish BTC D means Bullish Alts and vice versa!

This is the single most important chart if your buying Altcoins!

When this pattern breaks down, ALTS are going to have a MASSIVE rally across the board as market participants conver(sell) BTC for ALTS!

BITCOIN Daily Candles

Bitcoin has been trading in a Bullflag for several weeks, and is poised to make a breakout soon.

If the breakout fails at current levels, well see 55k for a retest of the Bull Market Support Band (21WEMA & 20WSMA)

Regardless when we break out the measured move of this BullFlag according to Classical Technical Analysis is $35k north of here @ $100,000.

This is by no means the top but will likely accompany massive profit taking and a deep pullback.

I remember having a conversation with someone last year, who was trying to raise money to trade with.

Bitcoin is working on printing the nastiest monthly candle in several years, a Shooting Star. This is a very Bearish Reversal candle encountered at the end of an extended uptrend!

Especially significant considering the High Time Frame.

After hitting my target of $48,000 (from early 2023) fas able to push up to $49k, before topping out and falling $7,000 in a matter of days.

The Current Monthly candle has a Nasty $7000 wick to the upside! 👀

This wick is a telltale sign that the Bulls are failing the fight for 50k, and Bears are stepping in with FORCE, AND is entering a Distribution Phase, with an even bigger sell-off looming on the horizon in the following months!

This candle isnt finalized yet.
There are 13.5 days left till the monthly candle closes, and a very small probablility that it can still be saved..(I wouldn't HODLE my breath or Coins)
