🐱 Meet Mouse 🐱
Mouse came in yesterday after his owner noticed a lump on his back. Following a full exam and diagnostics, the best course of action was surgical removal.
✨ Update: Mouse is officially out of surgery and recovering well! He’ll be monitored closely for the next couple of hours before heading home to his owner. 💙
🔬 Based on the location and findings, we suspect a vaccine-associated sarcoma, a rare form of cancer that is caused by vaccines.
💡 Why this matters:
Checking for new lumps or bumps — especially around previous vaccination sites — is extremely important. Early detection and prompt treatment can make all the difference.
