We had a great couple of days with Mesa College students this week discussing service animal legislation per the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Many people don't know that task-trained dogs AND miniature horses can work as service animals. Altho and are not service horses, they get a kick out of showing students what it would feel like to partner with a service animal around campus.

Another great day for and with Mesa College staff and students. Many people are not aware that both dogs AND miniature horses are legit service animals according to the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Altho Flash and Ziggy are not service horses, they enjoy walking with students around campus to demo what a service animal-handler partnership might be like.
